First Choice Anderson to Remain in Madison Avenue Property

by Alyssa Ritchie, Center Director Anderson

Looking back over this past year in Anderson we are abundantly grateful for the many blessings poured out in front of us, but we are also thankful for the growth that came from the challenges that were presented as well.

One of the early challenges was when the building we lease was listed for sale by the owner. Immediately following that announcement we began searching for a new home in Anderson.

Then, in the midst of a roof replacement, the current building was flooded by torrential rains. The water damage was extensive- leaving the ultrasound machine inoperable and the office temporarily closed.

At this time, we reached out to the community seeking prayer for direction and asking for support as we diligently searched for a permanent location.

We were looking with the intention to buy a property and as a ministry, we prayerfully asked God to lead our steps in this pursuit.

After exploring the options presented to us over the past year, it seems as though God is asking us to remain “still” and trust His plan for us at 1817 N. Madison Ave., so here we will remain for as long as the Lord wills it.

There is such a significant need for our services in Anderson & Madison County; from ultrasounds and pregnancy tests, to practical needs and saved lives - God is showing upand lives are being changed!

We have expanded hours of operation and grown in volunteer commitments allowing us to serve the women and families in our community. We hope to focus on helping as many people in need as possible in 2020!

We are thankful for the support, love, and prayers of each of you, and we look forward to a new year of blessings and challenges!
