Hiring: Client Services Director, Muncie location

Objectives of the position: As an ambassador of Jesus Christ, the Client Service Director has the responsibility for managing all routine operations of the pregnancy center in a smooth and professional manner. This includes management of center volunteers and the implementation of necessary programs to meet client needs.
Reports to: Executive Director
Supervises: All volunteers in Muncie location, except medical
Status: Full-time
Minimum Qualifications:
● Be a committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord
● Exhibit strong commitment and dedication to the pro-life position and sexual purity
● Agree with and be willing to uphold the Commitment of Care and Competence, Core Values, Statement of Faith, and policies of the center
● Have one year of experience as a professional or volunteer in some ministry capacity
● Have experience in a helping profession in a position requiring management experience
● Exhibit skill in interpersonal communication, public speaking, and problem solving
● Be able to provide spiritual leadership, discipleship, and support to the volunteers
● Be able to carry out responsibilities with little or no supervision

Bachelor’s degree
Essential Functions:
I. Administration
● Make prayer an integral part of the day-to-day operation of the pregnancy center
● Handle routine business calls that don’t require executive assistance
● Interact with Executive Director to relate client or staff needs, progress of center, problems, goal-setting, and implementation
● Provide monthly and year-end client statistical reports to the Executive Director
● Oversee the data entry of client information
● Perform the yearly evaluations of volunteers
● Work with CS directors to conduct and supervise the orientation of new volunteer
II. Public Relations
● Participate in fundraising events, as requested by Executive Director
● Participate in meetings with other organizations related to the needs of clients, as requested by the Executive Director
● Continue to seek out & build relationships with collaborative/partnership
potential organizations
III. Client Services
● Oversee client programs and support services offered by the center
● Provide peer coaching and services for clients when staff or volunteers are not available
● Maintain and update the referral resources for volunteers and client use
● Evaluate, select, and maintain needed educational materials and resources for client use
● Lead prayer time at the beginning of each shift
● Be available to minister to the needs of the volunteers
IV. Training
● Conduct volunteer training
● Assist in recruiting, selecting, and interviewing possible volunteers for the ministry
● Provide necessary supervision and implementation of the in-service training
● Develop and nurture volunteers
● Continuing education & development in client service
